All rental contracts are under the regulation
of the "Ley de Arrendamiento de Fincas Urbanas" in its chapter
"Arrendamientos por Temporada".
As specified in our rates, the maximum number of people in a room type
is given and thus, the number of guests must not be higher. Furthermore, registered guests only are allowed acces to our apartments.
We do not allow parties or large gatherings of any kind that might disturb the other guests.
Pets are not allowed.
No refund of the reservation fee will be issued for cancellations within
20 days before the planned
arrival date.
